ejIMPACT, Inc. will provide advice, counsel and direct support to your organization as follows:
DINNER/GALA
- Identification and Recruitment of a Honoree
- Job description and financial responsibility of Honoree
- Development of event budget, timeline and all written materials
- Develop process and implementation of follow-up calls for sponsorship and ad journal
- Handling of all sponsorship & ad journal responses
- Work on all aspects of a silent auction
- Work directly with committee members
- Oversee ad journal - design, layout, printing
- Create and maintain database for sponsorship & journal ads
- Work with staff and volunteers on day of event logistics
- Day-to-day implementation and support of event
- Follow-up and wrap-up of event
THON
- Identification & recruitment of Chairperson
- Job description & financial responsibilities of Chairperson
- Development of event budget, timeline and all written materials
- Preparation of Chairperson packet
- Develop process & implementation of follow-up calls for "thon" teams and sponsorship
- Meet with teams for "team building and goal setting"
- Attend committee meetings
- Communicate with team captains on a regular basis
- Create a weekly e-newsletter to team captains & sponsors
- Work with staff and volunteers on day of event logistics
- Day-to-day implementation and support of event
- Follow-up and wrap-up of event
ejIMPACT, Inc. will provide all of the above services for either a dinner/gala or a "thon" for a cost of $50,000 for a minimum work period of six months and a maximum work period of ten months. Give Joan or Ellen a call at (800) 613-3724 to discuss this opportunity further.
