We offer two types of coaching/mentoring opportunities.
QUICK FIX
This package will give you the following, each month, for a minimum of 3 months:
- Four hours of in-person sessions in your office
- A curriculum tailored to your organization's needs
- Two hours (each one no longer than 1 hour at a time) of telephone support
- Support materials
- Review of materials prepared by organization
MAXIMIZING STAFF EFFECTIVENESS
Working regularly and consistently with a coach is a proven way to increase results and better manage the demands and responsibilities of non-profit work.
This package will provide the support, training and guidance to staff for 14 hours a month, for a twelve month period for the following:
- 14 hours a month divided into in-person, telephone and email
- Working with a "plan" instead of jumping from one project to another to another
- Keeping the staff on the strategic path created in the plan
- Providing timelines, materials and "best practices"
- Maximizing staff effectiveness
- Time efficiency
- Providing technical, practical, professional and motivational support
